Where free spins come from and what you receive
The current Welcome Package includes up to £5,700 and 250 free spins for new players. Free spins are also available as a perk when you progress through higher levels of the Rank-Up Bonus.
These are two separate reward routes. The Welcome Package is connected with joining and meeting its conditions, while Rank-Up rewards are linked to your cumulative wagering and VIP progress. The exact reward instructions shown with each offer tell you how to use it.
| Reward route | What it offers | Main condition |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome Package | Up to £5,700 and 250 free spins | £8 minimum deposit; 35× wagering on bonus funds; £5 maximum bet per spin; 21 days to use |
| Rank-Up Bonus | Free spins alongside higher rakeback and early access to selected promotions | Progress through the 27 VIP levels by reaching the relevant wagering milestone |
Free spins come with their own reward conditions
Before you play, look at the instructions attached to the reward in your account. For the Welcome Package, the £5 maximum bet per spin and 21-day use period form part of the stated terms.
Rank-Up Bonus tiers: how free spins unlock
The Rank-Up Bonus has 27 levels across seven tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Blood Diamond and Vibranium. The first five tiers contain five levels each. Blood Diamond and Vibranium each contain one level.
As you move through the tiers, you can unlock higher rakeback percentages, free spins and early access to exclusive promotions. Your current level, progress and points needed for the next level are shown in the My Level tab.
| Tier | Entry milestone | Highest or final milestone |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Bronze 1 at £10,000 wagered | Bronze 5 at £30,000 |
| Silver | Silver 1 at £50,000 wagered | Silver 5 at £150,000 |
| Gold | Gold 1 at £200,000 wagered | Gold 5 at £600,000 |
| Platinum | Platinum 1 at £750,000 wagered | Platinum 5 at £5,000,000 |
| Diamond | Diamond 1 at £10,000,000 wagered | Diamond 5 at £250,000,000 |
| Blood Diamond | Single level at £500,000,000 wagered | Final level in this tier |
| Vibranium | Final level at £1,000,000,000 wagered | Top Rank-Up level |
The wagering milestones are shown in the local equivalent for your account. Reaching a milestone does not mean every reward arrives in the same format: the Rank-Up system combines free spins, rakeback improvements and access to selected promotions as your level increases.
How to find and use your free spins
You can register from desktop or mobile. The browser-based mobile site is optimised for iOS and Android and carries the same core casino features as the desktop version.
Select “Join Now”, then enter a username, email address and password. Accept the terms and conditions and choose “Start Playing”. You can also register through Steam, Twitch or MetaMask.
The treasure chest icon lists currently available rewards. For Rank-Up progress, open the My Level tab to see your status, points needed for the next level and upcoming perks.
Check the conditions attached to the free spins before starting. The Welcome Package has a 21-day use period, a £5 maximum bet per spin and 35× wagering on bonus funds.
Follow the activation and game instructions displayed with the reward. Keep an eye on any remaining spins or time shown in your account while you play.
Play your way, every day
You do not need to treat free spins as a replacement for a normal bankroll. They are a reward feature, and gambling with real money still carries risk. Set a deposit limit before playing if that helps you keep your spending within an amount you choose.

Free spins alongside rakeback and other rewards
Free spins are part of a wider rewards system. Standard rakeback is 5% on all bets and can be claimed every 30 minutes. Half is credited to the withdrawable balance straight away, while the rest is placed in the Rewards Calendar and divided across three days.
The Rewards Calendar can also contain Daily, Weekly and Monthly Bonuses. These rewards are separate from free spins, but they can add value as you continue to play and progress through the account rewards system.
| Reward | How often it can be added | Rakeboost |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Bonus | Every 24 hours | 10% Rakeboost for one hour |
| Weekly Bonus | Once every seven days | 10% Rakeboost for one hour |
| Monthly Bonus | Once per month | 10% Rakeboost for four hours |
| Rollback | Every 30 minutes for eligible Rollbot NFT holders | Adds between 2.5% and 10% extra rakeback |
| RLB Rakeback | Based on the value of RLB held | Up to 10% additional rakeback |
Free spins and rakeback work differently
Free spins are attached to the Welcome Package or Rank-Up rewards. Rakeback is calculated from the house edge of the game played, so keep the two reward types separate when you check your balance and progress.
The casino choice around your rewards
Rollbit offers more than 7,000 casino titles from 51 providers. The lobby includes slots, table games, live dealer tables, game shows, crash games, mines, plinko, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, video poker, bingo, keno and Rollbit Originals.
The slot library includes titles such as Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush 1000, Sweet Bonanza, Starlight Princess, Wanted Dead or a Wild and Tombstone RIP. Slot styles include Megaways, Cascades, Bonus Buys and Tumbling Reels.
- Live casino includes roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Super Sic Bo, Three Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker and Fan Tan.
- Rollbit Originals include Crash, X Crash, Plinko, Mines, Roulette, Roller Coaster, Duel Arena and Rollbit Bonanza.
- Most games have a demo mode, allowing you to explore the gameplay without committing real money.
- The lobby includes search, provider filters, release-date sorting, alphabetical sorting, prize-pool filters and a Popular category.
Use the game and reward instructions together. If a free spin reward names a particular game or category, follow that condition rather than assuming the spins apply across every title.
The wider platform also includes pre-match and in-play sports betting, esports markets and a live animation tracker. These features use the same account balance, but free spins are a casino reward and do not apply to sportsbook bets.
Account, withdrawal and safer-play rules to keep in mind
You must be at least 18 to play. Accounts use SSL encryption and password protection, and you can enable two-factor authentication for an extra confirmation step on transactions.
| Area | What applies | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Verification | Five levels cover personal details, photo ID, a liveness selfie, proof of address and source of funds | Have proof of identity and address ready before your first withdrawal |
| Withdrawal access | A new account must deposit and wager £8 before a withdrawal request | Complete the threshold before requesting a payout |
| Withdrawal limits | There is no maximum withdrawal limit after the £8 threshold is met | Choose the asset and amount in the withdrawal form |
| Withdrawal method | Withdrawals must use the same asset used for the deposit | Contact support if you need to use a different asset |
| Safer gambling | Deposit limits and self-exclusion are available | Use the tools that match the level of control you want |
Rollbit charges no withdrawal fee, although blockchain network fees apply and are shown before confirmation. Solana and Litecoin withdrawals typically take seconds to a few minutes, while Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawals can take up to 60 minutes during busy periods.
If a reward does not appear as expected, customer support is available 24/7 through live chat. Email support is also available, with replies within six hours. When you contact support about a transaction, keep the transaction ID available.
Keep free spins within your limits
Free spins can add entertainment, but they do not remove the risks of gambling. Set a deposit limit, take breaks and use self-exclusion if you need to stop playing.
