Rakeback and the first 24 hours: what you can claim
Rakeback is the main recurring reward. The standard rate is 5% on all bets, and you can claim it every 30 minutes through the dropdown or the Rewards page. Half of the amount goes straight to the withdrawable balance, while the rest is placed in the Rewards Calendar and divided across three days.
New accounts receive a higher 15% rakeback rate on every wager placed during the first 24 hours after registration. After that opening period, the standard 5% rate applies unless another reward, rank or linked asset increases the return.

Rewards Calendar: Daily, Weekly and Monthly claims
The Rewards Calendar holds the part of your rakeback that is spread over several days, along with Daily, Weekly and Monthly rewards. Calendar claims can be made between 8 pm and 4 pm UTC. Each calendar claim activates its stated Rakeboost for the period shown.

If a Daily Bonus is not claimed, it is calculated using the last 72 hours since the previous claim. The Daily Bonus also has a cap based on the house edge from the previous 24 hours of wagering, so the reward depends on both your activity and the games involved.
Use the calendar before a boost expires
A Rakeboost is active for a limited period. Add the eligible reward to the calendar, then use the boost during its one-hour or four-hour window shown in the reward conditions.
How house-edge rewards are worked out
Rakeback and Rakeboost values are calculated from the house edge rather than simply taking a percentage of your stake. For example, a £100 wager on a game with a 5% house edge produces a £5 house-edge figure. A +15% Rakeboost returns £0.75 in that example.
