Rollbit Withdrawal: How to Request a Crypto Payout
More from the lobby

Before you withdraw: the £8 opening requirement
A new account must complete an opening deposit and wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested. Deposit at least £8 and wager at least £8 from the account. Once this condition is met, there is no maximum withdrawal limit.
Complete the opening requirement first
Your first withdrawal request can only be made after the account has received and wagered the required £8. Identity and address checks must also be completed before the first payout is processed.

Start playing in minutes
Rollbit processes deposits and withdrawals in crypto assets. Casino, slot, sportsbook, esports and trading results go into one balance, so you do not need to move funds between internal wallets before withdrawing.
- Complete the required £8 deposit and wagering activity.
- Have proof of identity and current address ready for the first withdrawal.
- Choose an asset that matches the one used for your deposit.
- Check the receiving wallet address and the displayed network cost before confirming.
How to send a crypto withdrawal to your wallet
The withdrawal process is completed from the Cashier. You select the asset, provide the receiving external wallet address and confirm the amount after checking the network or gas cost shown for the transaction.
Choose the Cashier from your account and open the Withdrawal tab.
Choose the crypto asset you want to send. Available withdrawal assets include Bitcoin, Ethereum, ERC-20 tokens, Solana, Litecoin, Rollbit Coin and NFTs.
Paste the receiving external wallet address into the withdrawal form. NFT withdrawals are sent from the asset portfolio to a receiving ETH address.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and make sure it meets the selected asset's minimum. The amount must also cover any applicable blockchain network or gas fee.
Check the asset, network, destination address and fee shown before confirming. The withdrawal status is then available in your account.
| Asset or asset group | Destination | Important point |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | External wallet | The transaction must cover the applicable Bitcoin network fee. |
| Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens | External wallet | Use the matching network and allow for the applicable gas cost. |
| Solana and Litecoin | External wallet | These assets usually process within seconds to a few minutes. |
| Rollbit Coin | External wallet | Select the matching asset before entering the destination address. |
| NFTs | Receiving ETH address | Start the withdrawal from the asset portfolio. |
Ready to prepare your withdrawal?
Open the Cashier, select your asset and check every transaction detail before you confirm the transfer.
Fees, minimums and the same-asset rule to check first
We charge no withdrawal fee. Blockchain network and gas fees still apply because the transaction has to be processed on its network. The applicable cost is shown before you confirm, using a live estimate.
Ethereum costs can be higher when a withdrawal is sent to an Ethereum smart contract. Bitcoin, Ethereum and NFT withdrawals must cover their relevant network or gas costs. Each asset also has its own minimum, which is displayed when you select it in the Cashier.
| Check | What applies | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Rollbit fee | No withdrawal fee is charged by Rollbit. | Check the network cost shown before confirming. |
| Blockchain cost | Network or gas fees apply and can vary by asset and network. | Leave enough in the transaction to cover the displayed cost. |
| Asset minimum | The selected asset has its own minimum withdrawal amount. | Choose the asset and check the current minimum in the Cashier. |
| Deposit match | The withdrawal must use the same asset used for the deposit. | Contact support if you need to use a different asset. |
| Maximum limit | There is no maximum withdrawal limit after the opening requirement is met. | Complete the required deposit and wagering activity first. |
The same-asset rule is part of the closed payment loop. For example, a deposit made with one supported crypto asset must be followed by a withdrawal in that same asset unless support approves a different arrangement. This helps keep the payment route connected to the original deposit.
Check the network as well as the address
A token can use a specific network. Ethereum tokens use ERC-20 and Solana tokens use SPL, so select the matching route for the wallet receiving the funds.
Processing times and withdrawal status
Crypto withdrawal times depend on the asset, the network and activity levels. Solana and Litecoin withdrawals typically arrive within seconds to a few minutes. Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawals can take up to 60 minutes during peak periods.
| Withdrawal type | Typical timing | What can affect it |
|---|---|---|
| Solana | Seconds to a few minutes | Network activity and confirmation speed. |
| Litecoin | Seconds to a few minutes | Network activity and confirmation speed. |
| Bitcoin | Up to 60 minutes during busy periods | Network congestion and required confirmations. |
| Ethereum | Up to 60 minutes during busy periods | Network activity, gas conditions and smart contract destinations. |
| Any supported asset | A quick verification may be required | Some withdrawals can be held briefly for account or transaction checks. |
A crypto transfer can remain pending while the network confirms it or while a quick security check takes place. This does not change the no-maximum rule once the opening account requirement has been completed.

You can check the withdrawal status in your account after submitting the request. If support needs to investigate a transaction, keep the transaction ID, also known as the TXID, available.
Identity checks and security before your first payout
Proof of identity and proof of current address are required before the first withdrawal is processed. We may also request account verification at any time under our anti-money laundering policy.
| Level | Information required | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Personal details | Confirms the basic account information. |
| Level 2 | Photo ID upload | Checks the identity document linked to the account. |
| Level 3 | Interactive selfie and ID picture with a liveness check | Confirms that the person completing the check is present. |
| Level 4 | Proof of current residential address matching the ID | Confirms the address connected to the account. |
| Level 5 | Source of funds documentation | Provides information about where the funds came from. |
Prepare clear documents and make sure the address information matches your account details. Further documents can be requested if the transaction or account requires an additional check.
Two-factor authentication can be enabled on your account and is recommended before making a withdrawal. It adds confirmation from a personal device for transactions. Accounts are also protected by passwords, SSL encryption and an encrypted banking platform.
Keep your verification details current
A matching identity document and address document can help you complete the first withdrawal check. Source-of-funds information may be requested as part of the fifth verification level.
If a withdrawal needs help, here is what to do
If a transfer remains pending or you need to change the asset route, contact support. We provide live chat around the clock, with replies typically arriving within a couple of minutes. Email support is also available, and you can attach supporting documents; email replies can take up to six hours.
Copy the TXID connected to the withdrawal. Support needs this ID when investigating a transaction.
Make sure the opening deposit and wagering requirement is complete and that the required identity and address checks have been finished.
Tell support which asset was selected and provide the TXID. If you need a different withdrawal asset from the one used for your deposit, ask support before sending a new request.
Use email when supporting documents are requested or when you need to attach information to the transaction query.
For account protection, check that two-factor authentication is active before making another withdrawal. Always confirm the selected asset, network, receiving address and displayed fee in the Cashier before you approve the transfer.
Send your withdrawal with the details ready
Complete the account requirements, prepare your wallet address and keep the TXID available if you need support after submitting.
